Naomi Schiavone, founder of Leather and Rose Design, brings a globally inspired perspective and a refined, intuitive eye for chic, balanced interiors. Her design journey began in Amsterdam, where she co-designed a five-story residence in the historic Canal District — an experience that laid the foundation for her transition from creative passion to professional practice.

Since then, Naomi has led both residential and commercial projects across the United States, blending sophistication with a grounded, livable aesthetic. Now based in Sarasota, Florida, Leather and Rose Design continues to serve clients nationwide, with Naomi available to travel for projects that inspire.

In addition to her work in art and design, Naomi is deeply passionate about the healing connection between humans and animals. Her long-term vision includes creating a sanctuary ranch focused on animal-assisted therapy — a space where design and purpose intersect to support holistic well-being.
